Allan Carr

Allan started his working life in the textile industry in a material handling capacity but soon moved to production planning and a supervisor role in what was then the newest and most up to date dye house in Australia.

He was actively involved with the day to day management of the division which included an early stage gill finishing and combing area; part of his normal working day was involved with consulting with sales reps and clients to satisfy their colour and blend requirements.

The experience gained during these years was the perfect stepping stone into self employment.

In the late 80's a partnership was formed with John and the business unfolded.
